I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was clean but a bit humid, and the location was convenient being close to transportation hubs and the Christmas markets. However, the dining was average, and the hotel is far from the city center.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful staff who were super-friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to the main square and easily accessible by public transportation. The dining experience was good overall, but there were a few hiccups. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were very spacious, smelling nice, and had an adjacent room. The breakfast was good and indeed worth the price. My room had a separated little bedroom with a single bed and another with a double bed, making it ideal for families with a teen child and possibly suitable for families with a second child aged 0-5 years old. The service was really helpful and pleasant. The location was great from the train and bus stations, although a bit far from the city center. The hotel met our needs for a one-night stay to connect with a train. The dining experience was good, except for one day when the hot water supply was not working. The facilities were basic with limited options for vegetarians.
